Getting started is simple
Once you’re part of the Marketing Lifeline membership, you’ll get access to a weekly strategy call and a private member portal. Each week, I’ll send you a quick form where you can ask up to three marketing-related questions—whatever you're stuck on or need support with. You can fill it out right from your phone, tablet, or computer—whatever’s easiest for you. As long as it’s turned in by the deadline, I’ll answer your questions during your scheduled session. When I cover your question live, you’ll be able to ask follow-up questions that tie into your original topic.

How do I submit my questions?Once you sign up for a membership, you'll receive a simple electronic form you can fill out from your phone, tablet, or computer. You can submit up to 3 questions related to your marketing, branding, content, or systems.

What kinds of questions can I ask?Anything related to marketing and how your business is being perceived. This includes social media, email strategy, branding, website funnels, content planning, and more. If it impacts how you're showing up in your business, it's fair game.

When are the live sessions held?Sessions happen once a week during your designated time. You’ll be informed of the recurring schedule after joining. All calls are recorded and available for replay.

What if I can’t make it to the live session?No worries! All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the replays in the member portal. You can watch on your own time.

Can I ask follow-up questions during the session?Yes! When your question is answered during the live call, you’ll have a chance to ask follow-up questions—as long as they relate to your original topic.

What if I miss a week? Do unused sessions roll over?Sessions do not roll over. If you miss a week, you can still watch the replay, but the ability to submit new questions resets each week.

Can I share my membership with my team?No. The membership is for one person per business only. Access to sessions, forms, and materials is exclusive to the member. So make sure when you sign up, the member that will be attending the meetings is the one on the membership account.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?Membership is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with a 15 day notice, but no refunds are given for partial months. If you cancel, access ends at the end of your billing cycle.

What kind of support do I get between calls?You'll have access to the member portal with notes, and replays. Some tiers may also include a private group or discounted services for added support.

Are there any rules I need to follow during the Zoom calls?Yes, to keep the sessions productive and respectful for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines: Mute when you're not speaking to minimize background noise. Cameras are encouraged to help create connection and engagement, but not required. No recording is allowed—sessions are recorded and uploaded for you in the member portal. Do not share the Zoom link or session content with anyone else; the membership is for your use only. Be kind and respectful. This is a judgment-free zone where all questions are welcome. If these rules aren’t followed, you may be removed from the session or, in serious cases, from the membership entirely.

Can I record the Zoom sessions myself?No, personal recordings are not allowed. Every session is already recorded for you and uploaded to the member portal, so you can access the replays anytime.

Can I share the Zoom link or membership content with others?No, your membership is for your personal use only. Sharing the Zoom link, session replays, or any tools, templates, or materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the membership and potential legal action.

I have more than one business—do I need a separate membership for each one?Not necessarily. As long as you are the only person using the membership and attending the calls, you're welcome to ask questions related to multiple businesses. Just keep in mind that time is limited each week, so prioritize the questions that matter most for each business.

I’m not really into group sessions. Can I work with you one-on-one instead?Absolutely! While the Marketing Lifeline is a group-based membership, I do offer one-on-one strategy sessions for business owners who prefer private support. If that sounds like a better fit for you, reach out and I’ll send you more details on booking a private session.
